Please HElp Sex My Chicken

First time chicken owner
We arent allowed to have roosters and unfortunately we think we have a light buff Brahma rooster.
She/he has iridescent tail feathers, pointy not round hackle feathers and hasn't shown male behavior....it's actually the quietest of my 4 birds. I dont see black saddle feathers though.
What's everyone's opinion?
I need to figure it out soon
1. Before I get fined for a crowing rooster
2. Find a home for the little guy
3. To get another chick through the brooder before fall/winter.
