I have 3 chicks about 3 months old amongst about 25 other pea fowl. They were all fine today. They are free range birds and stay close to home. All were fine this morning, eating and hunting for bugs with their mother. All of a sudden I missed one and found him under some bushes unable to walk. He is alert and lying upright and his legs do not appear to be hurt. They seem weak. He cannot walk without falling over. When I moved him I noticed he secreted a clear to white stool once but not repeatedly. I don't know what could have happened to a bird that was in perfect feather a few hours earlier, upright and eating, flying over the fence. If you suggest medication, please suggest where to get it. Thanks for any help!
