I wouldn't do the Gatorade, but if you take a little plain all-natural yogurt and sprinkle some crumbles on it, you may entice it to eat. Just fresh food and water, though.
Chickens are VERY resilient. I rescued one from a dog that had puncture wounds and a big flap of skin torn off her side. Cleaned it up, sprayed Blu-Kote everywhere, put her in a kennel with fresh food and water for 3 days, and now I can't tell her apart from the others. He'll be fine. Might have a funny scar later, tho.

Is he eating and drinking at all and if he's not how long has it been. Is he moving at all. Give him honey or sugar in his water to give him some energy. When my chickens or sick or stress I start with sugar water. Then let him rest! He'll pull out of it.

ok you have no idea how much i love you right now! ill have to run to the store and get yogurt but other then that i have every thing thank you sooo much!!(sorry if my spelling is bad im having a panic attack right now

if you go through my posts, youll see a hen that was badly injured by one of my other birds. She recovered very well! It was GRUESOME but she pulled through entirely. So just pay attention, keep an eye on the temperature that lamp is producing ( dont overheat either!) and just keep on the bird every day until you see its REALLY starting to heal. You might have to do a VERY slow reintroduction, or separate the "Attacker" for a time to kick them down the pecking order.

Thank you all he is kinda of drinking (i dip his peek he drinks a little the wips his face in his feathers he's not eating ...but he is moving his head/feet he is in my bathroom with a heat lamp ill try the surger water /or honey thank you all i'll keep you updated !

You can use a baby syringe to give water and to feed him. My silkie hen was picked in the head cases nerve damage: she's still recovering but she's eat's and drinks on her own now. What I give her is a egg yolk stir in honey a little peanut butter and milk, I put milk to dilute it so it goes into the syringe. It's full of protein and fat. She loves it!. She wasn't eating on her own so I had to feed her 1/2 cc that's all she was eating at that time. She was having trouble eating as well because she couldn't breath well. But now she eat's on her own.

I've been doing the same thing with my injured hen for several days now (feeding via syringe). It takes time but they do eat if you make them.
