Please help :( :( swollen ear?

Please help something is wrong with my Orpington. She suddenly started to barely move, and she is breathing funny- taking deep breaths and I can hear them. Then I noticed her ear- seems swollen and white. I’ll post a picture of the swollen versus the regular one. I’m so worried she was my first chicken and she’s my baby. Last photo is her ear that isn’t swollen for reference.

Watch for more additional respiratory symptom, such as sneezing, bubbles in the eye, any more swelling of an eyelid or the face, or gasping. Look into her earlobe for any gunk. If you find gunk in the ear, fill it with a few drops of peroxide, and clean theat out with QTips. Then put plain Neosporin ointment into the ear canal. Check for mites and lice on the skin while you are examining her.
