I'm sorry @wazza that this has become "this" for you. We want to help you fix your little one's leg and will certainly try our best for you.

Please don't despair, we here to help you not to tell you to cull your little one. Most of us are not about that!

Absolutely @1981Wazza I apologize for my comments. I’m a bit sensitive when someone says automatically to cull.

You’ve gotten some good advice, I hope something works for your baby. Whatever you choose to do, you have our support.

It's ok @WVduckchick and @DuckyDonna thank you for defending me! And I am definitely along the lines of try to fix her first and not just simply 'cull' her as the first option, I may not be an expert with poultry but I have had horses and cats and dogs my whole life and they are part of our family- and her little life is important and if there is anything I can do to help I will. Going back to Mark's lovely comments about the incubator, I wasn't actually asking WHY she had a deformed leg, I agree there could be many reasons and we don't have a crystal ball! I just want some advice on if there is anything I can do to fix her. I did post some pics earlier on, do you think there is a chance I could try and splint it and if so what is the best way to do it? Thank you for all your support!

What happens when you gently twist the leg back into position?

The hock joint is very swollen and stiff, but the joint about her foot will flatten and th droit will flatten if I move it.
