PLEASE HELP!! What is wrong with my bird??

Sorry about your rooster, and now having a sick hen. It helps to get a necropsy by your state vet when you lose one to an unknown illness. Were any of your chickens vaccinated for Mareks disease? Wry neck and suddenly going downhill and dying can be a sign of Mareks disease. Newcastles is not very common in the US, but it can cause those symptoms as well. I would bring in the hen, get her warm, and offer some room temp water with electrolytes and vitamins. Cooked egg, wet chicken feed can be offered. Her tail appears lowered with is a sign of illness. If she was unsteady, that could be dehydration or possibly Mareks. Has she been laying eggs recently? Is her crop empty or full? If you should lose this hen, I would send her body for a necropsy. Here is a list of atate vets to contact:

UPDATE:
I just gave her a scrambled egg and she is eating it. Yesterday, she ate all of the feed I gave her and almost all of the fluids. I’m concerned about the color of her beak though. It seems to maybe be darker, and have a purple-ish hue to it... any ideas on what that could be? She isn’t back to herself for sure, she still seems pretty worn out.

Her beak color shouldn’t change. Do you mean her comb or wattles color have changed to darker? Do you have pictures? Is she drinking well and eating? If her comb is darker, that could mean that she is cold or is not getting enough oxygen to her heart.
