Please help what is wrong with my chickens eye!

Please,help me figure this out . this is my beloved Silkie hen that I think got pecked by another hen , I have been doctoring her I have had her to our local vet which was a joke. She has no other symptoms, eats and drinks. She has been in quarantine for a month now. Normal stool, this picture is when it first happened swelling is gone but eye is still opaque.

Oh wow poor thing if the vet was a joke I'd go to another vet as that does look concerning m good luck!
