Please help with breed/gender!

This chick has five toes and feathered feet. About 4-5 weeks old. Comb has started to get larger and pinkish. Any thoughts on breed/gender?

I'd go with rooster, though I'm no expert; a second opinion would be useful.

Is it a bantam? Looks similar to my D'uccle pullet.

A friend got it from a co-worker. I haven't been able to find out what kind of chickens that co-worker has. I will keep it if it's a hen. It's got a lot of personality though.
