Please Help with Gender

I had some young EE chickens running with my silkies and I was late in taking out the roo.. Sooo had hatch out of silkie eggs these 3 below. Thought I might keep them if they were hens but can not tell for sure. Somedays they all look like roos. 1 & 2 are younger than 3 . 3 for sure looks like a roo, could 1 &2 be hens?

1 and 2 are female. Number three is a very manly little roo.

Oh I forgot about the smilies..

ok so I'm keeping 1 & 2 and 3 goes to the auction..I really like him but..I do not have room for mixed breeds. the hens can run with the layers till they get broody(fingers crossed).. hopefully they retain the silkie broodieness and are bigger thus can set a few more eggs- thats the plan..
