Shes running around and feeling better but I'm not letting her out of my site cuz I'm still worried about her breathing and gasping.

That's great she is doing better. I'd at least keep her in till those wounds close to keep bacteria and flies out.

Is she eating, drinking and pooping? If so she's probably ok and a lucky duck but you're right to keep a close eye on her!
