Maybe a little, but they're mostly closed. I got h to drink some water.

OK. Well sometimes it just takes time. I'd keep on with the food and water and just wait and see how he goes.

I gave him some sugar water and mash. He drank on his own but wouldn't eat. He won't pick his head up or open his eyes.

Well. He looks a bit better. I'd force feed him a mash of, yogurt, chick starter, boiled egg, sugar and water. The mixture should be a little like watered down ketchup.
Use an eye dropper and try to get the mash in his mouth.

Ok, I will try that, thanks! It doesn't look like he has an infection, he's just sluggish.

Yeah, just looks like he's having a hard time, but hopefully he'll get better.
