Please help with the breed

I found two good homes for the roos I couldnt keep. The one adopter was kind enough to give me this hen (I hope) . She said the name quick and I cannotremember it and nothing the the list of breeds rings a bell.

I assume there are plenty of chickens that are just mutts. Is this true?
