When I got up this morning to check on the new chicks I found one Barred Rock chick who's yolk sack came back out. It was the last one hatched yesterday and seemed to be doing ok. I've cleaned it off and put a little neosporin on it and have her/him isolated in the brooder in their own little box lined with paper towels. I've also given a little bit of sugar water via oral syringe, dripped it on his mouth. Seemed to take it ok.
Any thoughts, suggestions, help, or chance of survival?
Thanks!
