My girls are now 5 weeks old and I am noticing bright red poop in their corral. I'm not sure which one it's coming from, and I have no idea what to do. Any advice?? Thanks!

Separate them into groups of 3-6 and once you know what group it's coming from separate that group individually. That's my best suggestion. How many girls do you have? Sorry if that didn't help.
Or you could stakeout but... That is impractical.

Sounds likely to be Coccidiosis. It's usually treated with Corid, but I've never dealt with it myself.
It may help if you change the title to "Bloody droppings, 5 week old chicks" or something similar, you'll probably get better answers!
Hope someone can help your babies get better!

Welcome to BYC!

More than one poop? Can you post a picture of it? I would be suspicious of coccidiosis. Are you in the US? If so, go buy some amprolium liquid or powder, it's sold under the names of Corid, Amprol and AmproMed and one can usually find it in the cattle section.

Treat for severe outbreak as shown in this picture:

Thank you. 2 of them have been laying around but get up quick when they see me coming. I hope they'll be ok. I'll treat them today.
