Please help!

I have a baby silkie maybe only 4 months old. Her name is cocunut but she can't breathe out of her nose and won't drink or eat since she's breathing from her mouth. Her eyes had white discharge or something coming from them and she kept on eye completely closed. I gave her a bath, cleaned her nose and eyes as best I could and have her wrapped in a blanket to keep her warm and she's asleep. But idk what else to do.

(Adding into thread on the same chicken) 4M/o Silkie pullet with nasal mucous discharge; rattling breathing; white eye discharge; lethargic; just finished treatment for poultry lice; we suspect possibly a respitory infection and seeking help on what to do. Can get a hold of Vet Rx and Electrolite mix but do not know if it will help the problem.

sounds like a respiratory infection. antibiotics are the general treatment but you won't know what type works best unless you know what you are dealing with via lab samples. if a vet near you will treat her, that may be your best chance. Update: She passed recently after this post was made. Unsure of what the problem was but suspected respiratory infection. She was too young to fight it off and we hope she rests in peace in chicken heaven.
