dead I think I was told by a local farmer to look at it one more time to pick it up and put it right on top of it and it looks dead to me there seems to be like air pocket swishing around inside of it now

I have no idea I just came home I checked it I followed the instructions on not to touch it anymore he told me to check it just to make sure I did and everything inside of it looks bad every time I move it there's like air bubbles moving all around he told me not to beat myself up about it I bought it in a bad condition when I ended up buying it from a Chinese market

I'm sorry had you thrown the rest away already?
I think it's amazing you got it as far as you did, and you gave it a chance it was robbed of at day one so no, certainly don't beat yourself up, if anything you should be patting yourself on the back!

Probably nothing you could've done and being a bault egg I wouldn't have givin it a very high chance of hatching and even if it did it may not have been in the best of health.
Do post some pics of the other eggs. . maybe one of them is still alive?
Also you should read up on how to control humidity in your incubator. That makes a difference.

You won't have a control on your incubator That adjusts it for you. You raise humidity by adding water in the wells of your incubator or adding a wet sponge or paper towel.
