Please help!!!

They free range on 5 acres but stick close to their coop mostly. I only have 4 hens, and they eat layer food as well as what ever bugs and things they eat and some scratch mix as a treat.

Too much scratch can lower the protein percentage of your feed and cause deficiencies. In turn, chickens may peck at other chickens--especially young layers and production birds. Usually not when they're on five acres of space, though, so I doubt that's it. Besides the lump, are there any other symptoms you've noticed?

Ok that’s good to know thank you. They don’t get a lot of it only a sprinkle across the yard for them to scratch up and find. I’ve actually been a little worried about her I wrote a post about her the other day actually. She’s not started laying yet and her comb and wattles are paler and small compared to the others, I’ll post a pic. They are all roughly the same age, her sister started laying on the 4th of June.
