Your 2026 Garden

I actually labels my sprouts last year, I was so proud of myself! .... then the paper labels wore off, so i redid it on plastic knives... which my dog thought was a gift directly for her chewing pleasure, so I kicked her out and redid them #3... the chickens dug them up for dust bathing where the labels were. I gave up.

yep. i'm a mom like that.
Me too. Actually, I found out the pregnancy hormones can more than double your sence of smell, and it doesnt always go away! So just like the forgetful Mom brain thing... there is real reason for that! And contrary to popular belief, we aren't just crazy! (Maybe that too though 🤪)

I feel this so much I always start with the best intentions of organizing and labeling everything and then after a few weeks it just turns into straight chaos gardening hopefully I planted the correct thing next to the correct thing at least that's what I think XYZ is LOL

Yep. It's really kind of like a grand metaphor for my life... I start out seemingly doing it right... but then life hits and everything just turns into a mess I scramble and hope to get through. 😅

🤔 What is the lumens rating on the light? And the K rating?
Oh brother, thank you for reminding me. I've never checked mine. I've got a free app, Protone, that checks it. I've been going by inches and mine have leaves starting to curl so I thought too much light and turned it down. They're getting a little better.

Binder clips last two seasons before they rust through and break. I ordered some, as I didn't want metal pieces I missed all over the yard.

These work okay and have lasted a few years but I don't think we have half of those plastic tips anymore. At least they're bright colored lol.

Those are okay if you clamp something and leave it, but we move plexiglass panels around sometimes daily to block wind for the growout pens. So the on off, on off, those plastic things pop off, and you put them back on. A bit tedious.
i just ordered these. i'll see how they go. supposedly rust resistant 🤞🏼 if they are good, i'll let you know.
i forgot to add the link 😂

I put what I planted in my calendar on my phone.
This was a bed of garlic, shallots.
