Welcome to BYC! I am also in NH. I'd lock all the chickens in the coop at night. They need to work out the pecking order either way and her being removed from the others won't allow that to happen. Plus the cold (temp and wind chill) could kill a hen unprotected out in the run.

So sorry you are having these problems! I looked at "coops for a cause" when I was trying to decide what to do for a coop and they do great work! Tinker with your girls and your set up. Lock them in the coop, separate them, add an extra dog bowl of food during the day, whatever you think is best. But I wouldn't let one stay outside alone at night, even in good weather. It is a bad habit. But my chickens seem to have VERY short memories, so whatever they do, they won't do it for long.....

This often happens, what seemed more than big enough when the chicks were tiny balls of fluff, is not big enough when they become full size, and complicate that with the very short days/long nights of winter, and you have birds in a tight quarters, bickering and fighting can break out.

Those darn coops greatly over estimate how many birds can fit in there. Always solve for the peace of the flock, and your flock is telling you that you have too many birds in there. Did you notice a reduction of tension in the flock when you pulled her? If not, you might need to re-home 2 birds.

I would sell this bird to another flock, and watch your remaining flock closely. It is always the bird you like best! darn it.
