Please Help!

So my crane Phantom started swallowing at weird times a few days ago. I can also hear him breathing. He will shake his head then swallow a bunch of times. I have him on Duramayicine 10 because I thought pneumonia. But last night I had him call and looked down his throat and can see something yellow in the back. After he called him swallow a bunch again. Here are some pictures. Sorry for the horrible pictures but I kinda stuck the phone by his mouth as he was calling.

Read through this. Its for chickens, but.... it might be helpful for a crane, too.
