I do but it is expired. I can get it very easy though. What is the dosage I should give? Do I mix the injectable in his water? Or is just the injectible fine?

You aren't supposed to give it in water for several reasons...@casportpony what is the dosage for baytril in water? Do you use the injection?
@casportpony Ok, usually I give shots. But wasn’t sure if it needed to be something different. Does 1/4 cc per 5 pound sound right? For 5 days? You aren't supposed to give it in water for several reasons...
- It's bitter and most birds won't drink it.
- Most sick birds don't drink enough when sick, so they won't get enough medication.
- It can bind with the calcium in hard water which can make it less effective.
Can you post a video of him?Ok so I have good news and bad news.

Bad news: For the past 20 minutes he has been constantly swallowing and jerking his head into the air swallowing. But he is taking sips of water and breathing fine. I suppose it is going down and feels weird.
I never have but I’ll try. He does not seem to swallow that much now. I have him up stairs with me. He is eating right now and being himself other than the random swallowing. Can you post a video of him?
You'd have to upload a video to YouTube first, then link it here.I never have but I’ll try. He does not seem to swallow that much now. I have him up stairs with me. He is eating right now and being himself other than the random swallowing.
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
