Chick fully unzipped when I went to place it in brooder about 4 hours later because they tend to get stuck in hole head first or get stuck on their back.... I noticed 2 out of 3 chicks have someone protruding I’m not sure what the location is called I am very new to this and did not do the research I probably should have but googling is not helping because every thread I read it’s telling me something else!! I did immediately damp a paper towel (warm) wrapped it up and put it back in incubator... it is becoming less lethargic I will make some electrolyte water for it and try to give it some!!

From what I can see, it looks like an unhealed navel to me. The chick can still finish the absorption/healing process - I'd put a dab of triple antibiotic ointment (without pain reliever) or coconut oil on it to facilitate healing. Also, if the chick is very active, you could put it in cup in the incubator to limit its activity while it closes the navel.

Offering electrolytes is a good idea - a vitamin supplement like Nutri-Drench may also benefit the hatchling. You may also find the info in this thread on the causes of unhealed navels useful for future hatches.

Best wishes for your chicks' speedy healing!

Thank you for your quick response I ended up making a little containment in the incubator so they can stay in place!!!! If it does dry up how do I remove it without harming them?!

YVW. 🙂 If that's hatching gunk/inner egg membrane stuck to the chick in the photo, it should dry up and, ideally, fall off on its own. I'd keep the area moist with the ointment/oil until healed (closed) and if the gunk is still stuck on there, carefully clip it off or moisten and try to tease it off - as long as it really is just hatching detritus - and you should be able to tell when it dries up.
