Please help

Hi I have 2 month old ISA browns and there breaks are broke off at the tips you can see a little red spot in the center of the broken bit none of my 4 other chicks have this problem I thought they may have a calcium problem they eat ok and dont seem to be in pain

Welcome to BYC. It is very likely that your chicks were debeaked at the hatchery. Some do so routinely to high production chicks.

All the red sexlink chickens I have from the hatchery came with clipped beaks, they never really had a problem with eating or anything, they grow out pretty wonky in each case though. Other than the fact they look funny, they all are fine. Unless your ladies have fresh breaks, I wouldn't worry too much.
