My polish silkie cross is about 8 weeks old and i have no idea if its a boy or a girl... most features tend to be more polish than silkie. Black comb, no waddles, bearded thanks to the silkie part

Please do! Its always fun to look at young chicks and ducklings!Thank you! Mind if I attach the 3 others for you to check out?
The sides and underside of the mouth lines near the back are too small to look at for me.
Maybe others can help you more with it.
So you know, the others will very likely be looking at the back corners of the beak. That's where it would help if you had a more mangnified picture area.
I know I was trying to stay away from anything difficult to sex, but I had these growing up and I couldn't resist... Thank you for your guess! I have 3 others in question but they are youngerPolish and Silkie - two notoriously difficult breeds to sex.
It looks like a young pullet to me.
Thank you! Mind if I attach the 3 others for you to check out?I don't see anything cockerel like.
The face looks decidedly girly to me.
Pretty bird.
Whatever it is, it is very very very very cute!My polish silkie cross is about 8 weeks old and i have no idea if its a boy or a girl... most features tend to be more polish than silkie. Black comb, no waddles, bearded thanks to the silkie part
Ideally they will all be girls, but the comb on one is definitely popping up! I'll update with more pics when my 3 raggedy chicks fill out a bit moreUsually in all breeds the ones with noticeable comb growth are male.
I have to say, these types of breeds run circles around me.
I'm not seeing anything very boyish from any of yours yet.
