Please help

I have this baby in quarantine, she was born July 26th. She has had the bump on her nose for a few days but it keeps getting worse, it is now inside her mouth, has completely sealed off one eye, and is starting to form on the other eye. Any ideas what it is, I’ve searched the internet, but can’t find anything that matches. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Are other birds in your flock showing lesions on their comb/wattles/face ? It looks very much like fowl pox.

Yes, I had some of my older chickens with fowl pox, but they have been separated from the babies. I have had several of my babies quarantined for, what appeared to be coryza, but there was no smell, just eye swelling and closing up. Could it all be related to fowl pox?

It very well might be. Especially if the chicks have been clearing up with time.
