Please Help!

My duck is malpositioned and hatching out of the air cell. At about 5 this morning I saw a pip. It has made no further progress and I don’t know if it can breathe with such a tiny crack! I need some advice, anyone!

Where exactly was the pip?

And what did you mean by “hatching out of the air cell”? If he starts to zip on the large end of the egg, or the air cell, that's good. If you could post a photo of what the egg looks like, I could help better
