Please help!

I have a chicken, that was being picked on. I separated her from the flock as they tore all her feathers out. She now is growing them back nicely but is having an issue with her eye. She is still very perky, eating and drinking as normal and laying. Is there anything I can do for her? (No access to a vet anywhere close to where I live for farm animals).

Can she open at all? Was the eye ruptured when you separated her or draining? It kinda looks like skin grew over the area.

She cannot open it anymore. The eye wasn’t ruptured when I separated her or draining until maybe 5 days after. I am trying to post a picture of what it looked like on July 29th and when she was born but I’m struggling to figuring out how to.
is there anything I can do for her? She’s my daughter’s favourite chicken.

Does it smell bad now? Was the drainage clear or green like pus? It's possible there was an infection that caused the eye to rupture when it was draining. Priority now would be to make sure there's no infection now, I know you can use Bausch & Lomb eye rinse and apply Neosporin or other antibiotic ointment as long as it has no pain relief in it. I've only dealt with eye problems for my dog so Idk what else you could do for her. Maybe look up what medicine is used for treating eye infections in chicken and see if you can find it at your local animal stores? I saw a video not too long ago where a woman was draining a build-up around the chickens eye and it was just swollen shut, I'll try searching for it so you can see if it looks similar to that.

My rooster had his eye the same way, I cleaned it with water and vetricin eye wash (from any farm store) and it is healed enough. He cant see anything but light and shadows but he is doing ok

Chickens are very resilient, but also fragile. I think infection is the worst case scenario at this point

No smell and the drain was clear. Thanks for the video, I do not have the guts to try and do that to her but maybe I can get my neighbor to help me. I have been cleaning it was saline but I bought some polysporin(Canadian version of neosporin) to try. Thank you!

I’d be okay if she is blind in the eye after in all honesty but I don’t want her to suffer if she’s in pain. She’s still laying eggs and eating/drinking normally.
is vetricin an American product? I’ve never heard of it before. (Canada)
