Please help!

I'd try to keep her washed up so flies don't lay egg on her bottom, that can cause Flystrike.

Having an abdomen that feels like it has fluid (symptom Ascites), likely she's having trouble with a reproductive disorder. EYP, Salpingitis, Cancer and/or organ dysfunction are a few common causes of the symptom seen in laying hens.
Sometimes draining fluid or even giving an aloe detox may be helpful in making the hen more comfortable for a period time. The antibiotics may have temporarily given some relief so she felt better.
I’m wondering about the aloe detox. I’ve seen that sometimes people order it online, but can I make my own? I have several aloe Vera plants.

I have never tried making it at home, I know there are recipes online. This is the one I have used:

It has quite a few other herbals in it. It may or may not help depending on what's going on, but I have had it give some birds some relief for a time. It will likely recur since the underlying condition will still be there. If you use it, it has to be refrigerated once opened, so you should let the dose warm up to room temp before giving.
