The membrane looks dry. Pipped for over 24 hours, is the chick peeping loudly and high pitched like it's in distress? Or is it quietly peeping so that you can barely hear it? If it sounds distressed and is unable to advance I'd finish the assist and get it out.

I just had two like this, over 24 hours too, and I did exactly what you did. I left them alone after that (70% humidity) and a few hours later they were out.

They were part of a batch of 50 eggs. Those two had started out under a hen that ditched her 6 eggs to take over being mom for some month-old chicks I had put in their pen. Weird those were the only two eggs that did that though. Her other four had hatched a few days earlier.

They rest a lot. I'd be patient and give her a couple of hours before doing more. She's chewing I'm sure which is a good thing. She can breathe so that's the most important thing.

I wouldn't worry about a little blood at this point, that's normal. Also, instead of making a circle, follow the chick's beak and make a line that goes around the butt end of the egg, just like a chick should do as it advances. I never get them completely out, I just go about 2/3 of the way around so that it's easier for them to push themselves out. They will push out when they're ready. Fingers crossed for you!
