PLEASE HELP!!

I had only one of my goose eggs that hatched and it has what I think is an umbilical hernia? Not sure what is sticking out whether intestines or yolk sac? I left it in the incubator all night hoping it would go back in but no change this morning. What do I need to do?? Some of my questions are: What antibiotics are safe for goslings and do I try and bandage it or leave it? I know the risk of infection is high and I'm trying to give him the best chance (only one that hatched). He is walking around and chirping so other than that he is pretty lively. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I had a bad hatch years ago. None of the ones with intestines out healed. At best, it's going to have a hard short life, I think.
