Is he fully feathered?
What is the temperature on the heating pad?

I have it on medium cause it wasnt getting warm on low but he is fully feathered he is doing so much better ! He’s acting like a normal chick again! Normal wake and feed cycles, up and walking and not sleeping in that position anymore.
