Yes I got 9 other chicks but I have isolated her fearing it’s an infection

She is very active tho eats and drinks

How old is she? Did you hatch her from an egg or did you buy her from a breeder? The symptoms sound like a possible respiratory disease. How is the ventilation in her brooder, and is there much dust or any other irritants, such as mold, ammonia odor, etc? Mycoplasma (MG) causes watery or bubbly eye, swelling of the eyelid, and sneezing or gasping. There are other diseases such as infectious bronchitis and others. I would clean her eye with saline, or a warm wet cloth, and if you can get some Terramycin or Neosporin ointment to put in her eye twice a day, that may help. If you can get an antibiotic, such as Tylosin or Denagard, those would help with MG treatment. Let us know how she does and if any others get sick.
