The membrane is not white but rather the layer over the membrane. If you end up needing to help the ducxkling more, trhen very carefully take this layer off before proceeding and you will be able to tell if the membrane still has blood.

Only God knows the answer..... If you have been praying then pray that he will be here as long as he was meant to be. A loss of any life is hard but don't ever discount it before it has a chance. my parents were told that I wouldn't live 24 hours and I'm a year away from thirty!
