I had incubated 4 silkies last month.... they were all fine and moving before I put into lockdown..... 24 days of incubation I decided they were goners... I opened them up and all of them had not consumed the yolk sak and I noticed the air sac had been really huge.. almost half the egg. I am trying again with the silkies and its day 4 right now and a very informational sight says keep humidity at 60-65% but others say that 40-50% is best..... I need help with humidity and I need it bad!

It can be...i have always done 40% ish for the first 18 60+% is into lockdown...you dont want to drown them with humidity...try and keep it around 40...+\- Then jack it up for lockdown
