Please Help

[Roto Rooster]

My Young Pullet is exhibiting a limp right leg and weak right wing. She is also more lethargic than normal. It's been about two days. We kept her in the brooder in the house last night. I am hoping she simply fell from a perch and/or landed wrong. Any suggestions?
