Please help!!

I know this is in the wrong forum but I need answers!!

A little bird flew into the window and is still alive and happened about half an hour ago. Seems to be a honey eater of some sort. I think he is in a little shock and isnt moving much but still is breathing. we took him inside and it's in a box. What do we do!! It's getting quite dark outside so will it still be ok to let him go when it's ok?? Help!!

It's possibly just stunned from hitting the window. I'd suggest putting it somewhere safe and dark and leave the box open, so it can get out when it feels better. Hopefully it will recover overnight and take off in the morning.

Thank you. We called a wildlife rehab center and the advices to keep it inside overnight and release him in the morning. Just a bit concerned because it still hasn't moved much.
