Hi and welcome to BYC. So sorry to hear you have a sick hen. The best place to post your question is in the Emergencies and Diseases section of the Forum, you will likely get better answers there. In the meantime keep her warm, and water is more important than food in the short term. Good luck.

Here is the link to the Emergencies and Diseases section: https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/10/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures I hope your hen feels better soon.

Nothing is stupid here ask away but you also need to post in Emergency's
and cures I believe .....

The egg idea is great good job but lets put a little sugar in the water to help
perk Maggie up a little and get her warm for now ........

Hello :frow Welcome to BYC and Happy Holidays! Hope Maggie gets to feeling better, like everybody else said, get her warm and you should post on the Emergencies board about her, and give as much information as you can. How old is she, is she in good weight? Did you check her over thoroughly if you can see anything wrong, injury or parasites etc? What does her poop/vent look like?
