We had 3 chickens, and then the smallest died. Then this morning we had another loss. Now we may give the last to someone else but right now she isn't doing too good. She has no apparent injuries but she isn't moving much and she is closing her eyes a lot. She always eats out of our hands but isn't now. Is she just scared and tired because she just watched her sister get eaten and probably didn't sleep at all last night. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, brotchicks

Sounds like you have disease among your flock, but it's hard to tell. You say one died, then you lost another one. What did you lose them to? Any symptoms you can describe? Sounds like one got eaten by a predator...?

Unfortunately nobody can help without more info. If you just quote this and put your answers next to the questions is easiest. People tend to forget questions when they don't do that, which doesn't help.

How old are they?

What do their poops look like?

What are they eating, and what have they had access to eating? (This includes non-food items).

When were they last wormed?

Has the face, wattles or comb changed color at all?

Any symptoms or anything unusual you have noticed?

Any gasping, breathing with the mouth open, mucous discharge from nostrils or corners of eyes or mouth, etc...?

Because it already sounds advanced, a vet is a good idea if you can both afford one and have one in your area that knows enough about birds. Even without any obvious injuries, there's always a possibility there are. Keeping the hen calm and warm enough without overheating, with water on hand, is a good idea. If her feet feel very cold, she may be in shock or just very unwell, but if they feel very hot it often indicates a fever due to internal infection.

Best wishes.
