I just bought this hen 4 days ago and she was doing really good with the other hens , I just woke up this morning and foun her with this big swollen thing coming out of her beak.
please help me out

what should I do

I have no idea what that is, but I would put that bird down asap. It will probably asphexiate shortly; it is suffering.

I would cull it to end its suffering.

Then send it in to get tested for diseases.

It may have some thing that can or already did pass to your other chickens..

Your new here. But most people on this board say you must keep all new birds seperate from you existing flock for 30 days to make sure they have no hidden diseases..

If I decided to cull her and send her to test , what if she turns positive on something?

will they come here and kill all my hens?

I don't think I have ever seen any other post quite like this.
The only things I can think of is there possible something wrapped around her tongue? or infected wound to the tongue? or venemous insect bite?

Depends on what it has. But if the flock needs to be culled, it would be your responsibility in most areas.

If that tumor grew as fast as it did, it will asphyxiate her very soon

If you are the type, take her to a vet. They could at least lance it to see if it's an abscess, and if not, put her down humanely without suffering. How sad this is, poor chicken.
