Please Identify This Alien Entity Found in Coop

It's about the size of a quarter. I need help identifying what this is. Its obviously something that came out of a hen's vent, but what?

I had the same thing happen to me I looked it up it looks like it is a rare occurrence where the chicken makes an egg but their body seals it off early and rejects it out of the chickens body.

I haven't cut it open yet. I do have a hen that I suspect, as she was chased and tackled by a 6 week old puppy. I thought I would lose her but a miracle is happening right before my eyes. She's slowly pulling through. Whatever it is...seems to have veins, looks almost like an human ovary or something.
