Did you order marans? How was your experience with them?

I did not order my Marans, they were local. I ordered whiting true blues from dragonfly farms in North Carolina. If you are in Sacramento, then idk??

@MayBerg what color is little one 'Gypsy's' legs and feet? Your looking for 'slate' grey leg shanks and pink feet in Marans.

It would be awesome if you could take pics of any changes to her face/comb/wattles coloring.

Based on that Gypsy thread I'm second guessing and will apologize to all for the misinformation and lack of knowledge. I still think it's odd coming from the same breeder that has ACs but wierder things have happened.
I hope I am incorrect, tho. I know your wanting her to be a Marans.

Stupid autocorrect. It should have said maran. She's certainly not laying the same colour egg she came out of. If I'm wrong and she's not a Maran, can anyone clue me in? Sorry it's not a great picture. Legally blind, so I just point and shoot lol.

No, the Dragonfly farm is where Gypsy came from. She did have Cemani, olive egger, whiting true blue and others.

I was asking @TexasBlues if that's where his Marans came from but I remembered that he sourced his locally.

The 3 new babies formed a little flock of their own. Lol. They are doing their own things. So cute. They are a bit nervous. I'll take pic when they settle in. Here are the girls.
