Please Please help!! I can't get rid of these mites on me!

So I'm positive I have either the Northern fowl mite or bird mite on me. I feel all creepy crawly all over my body and I can feel them bite me every now and again. I have searched and searched for methods on how to get them off of me and stay off of me. I cant find anything!!! Please!! I am begging for some advice that will help me. I don't want it to spread throughout my house to my children and husband.

I woundnt do the bleach part cause that's really not good for your body but its up to you.
