Please please help me

Its soft but it has an egg shape, I have no idea
I tried calling EVERY vet and clinic I knew no one answered
Eponym salts first......then...use neosporen to rub all over...hold it and try to gently push it in...if the tissue is black..there is a problem...if it’s still pink..it’ll be ok..I had a drake with a prolapsed dinger...had to do this...my friend is a vet tech she walked me through it. He’s fine now and uses often...please give updates
 
I found a vet that I don’t know about him so much but he told me if they don’t do a surgery she’ll bleed to death that’s why she’s in surgery now.

Wow, you found an avian vet in the middle of the night and was able to get her to surgery within just a couple of hours?
