Please please please HELP

I did the surgery on Friday. First time sigh poor baby. In trying to let it air dry but it looks bad. Ive been wrapping with triple antibiotic and soaking in Epsom salt Please take a look at these pics and let me know if its normal and what I can do.

You might consider putting her on a general anti infective antibiotic like LA200. Keep it clean and start the antibiotic and see if this helps
It think it will really help her out with her healing process. I'd keep her on the antibiotic for 5 to7 days
