Something is wrong with my hen. I think there is fluid in her lungs.

What makes you think there's fluid on lungs? Can you hear her rattling?

I don't hear any rattling, but when I look in her mouth, fluid is coming out.

So maybe she accidentally got too much fluid or water into her crop? Let me go read my chicken book. Why don't you GENTLY tip her beak downwards a little, and see if fluid drains out. Does her crop look full?
Don't manipulate crop and get ready to put her back level if you're afraid of choking? I'm making this up.......but all I can think of right now.

I googled "hen with liguid draining from mouth* and got this:

Any fluid that you see coming from the beak is basically 'overflow'. If the sour crop is noticed early on it may be possible to massage the crop frequently through the day to encourage movement. To do this effectively the hen will need to be isolated without food and water for the first 12 hours.Apr 13, 2018

So I was WRONG. I think massage crop gently hoping it starts to leave crop and go.....into stomach? There's a picture of chicken parts too

I just want to offer encouragement here, it sounds like you’re getting some good guidance from Lisa. Is your hen up and walking around?

I'm trying to figure out how to get a picture of chicken anatomy posted here. I wonder if "sour crop" mean like when we have sour stomach/heartburn, or it just means too much stuff in the crop?
