I have a blue orpington roo who I noticed today seems to have a lot of brown feathers. Is this normal for a blue or is not a flaw and not desireable?

Here's a blue EE (Ameraucana/Cochin mix) that we got from a Splash Cochin rooster and a black Ameraucana hen, and we got a blue. She's now laying green eggs!

(this isn't very recent, btw...)

Oh and her feathers are more blended together now. In this picture they look like a bunch of scattered silver, gray and black blotches mixed together, but now it's a more evenly mixed "blue" color (just like the color of your "Doodlebug", chick-a-roos! btw she's gorgeous!)
