[4 Love of Baby Chickens]

Blackie has been around Chickens all her life. She's never attacked a chicken even though she has Bluetick coonhound, Redbone coonhound and Beagle in her.

And my Great Pry. Koda. I bought her when she was 5 months old on September 26th. She's doing terrific with the chickens.

She's going to be a year old next month on April 5th.

*Also just a few minutes I found some tracks right by the Laundry Room. I realized that they were Raccoon tracks!! No wonder why Blackie and Koda were growling and barking like crazy last night. Dumb coons. Probably trying to get at the dog food in the Laundry Room.

Everyone has some pretty good looking dogs! This is my boy, Buddy. He is a yellow Lab that is seven years old. He doesn't bother the chickens and I can even trust him when I shut the coop door behind me..The only thing the chickens are in danger of is Buddy eating all of their food!!

PS- He is kinda scared of the chickens..

My friends got a dog. At first she wasn't allowed in the yard because she chased them, but now she's scared of they big fat BOs.

My dog, Jesse, was born with chickens on a farm. She chased some of our hens a loooong time ago, but now she just tries to get their food! She is wondering about my chicks that I'm brooding downstairs, and gets to sniff them sometimes. Here she is with my duck, Edward, who was brooded in the house for about a week or two last year.
