Unplug the phone until Sunday. Be sweet to your Mom on Mother's Day, and then unplug the phone or don't answer her calls again for a while.
Just focus on YOU. Take deep breaths, play with your birds, eat healthy, visualize a 'happy ever after' for yourself.
Take this as a learning experience and not a tragedy.
And when you worry, remember that there are a lot of prayers and well-wishes being sent your way. Count them, and your blessings, like you'd count sheep!!
