I would start where it pipped and slowly expose the nose and beak and go from there. Did you look at that link? I had to assist a malpositioned chick with my last hatch, and I didn't have anything either, I just applied pressure with a tissue for a minute and it's 3 days old now.

So was I, I mean you can give it time to see if it will do it on its own. It's your choice! You don't have to help if you aren't comfortable with It! :)
 
If it's trying to get out chances are the veins are already receded. But I understand the dilemma! Can always watch it for a little while and see if anything changes.
 
It's seems like it's pushing and is it normal to have clicking sound while it's breathing
