That’s from 2021. TS no longer uses those trays to my knowledge. TS only used them for one season and discovered the design kept the heat plate too far from the chicks.

The TS hate gets old. It smacks of viral negative social media influencing campaigns from competitors.

That's old, & it was unintentional. It was faulty design.

I went to the link at the top of your screenshot. I read the story. Then I researched the group United Poultry Concerns. They appear to be an animal rights group. In 2014 they protested a farm offering a workshop on how to butcher a chicken (as many BYC members do with their own flocks). If TSC is not taking humane care of their chicks then that should be addressed. But that's not all that United Poultry Concerns does.
